Returns Policy
We hope you enjoy your products from Bibi and Jack. If you are not entirely satisfied with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 21 days of receipt. We will offer you an exchange or a refund, provided that the products are returned complete, unused and in perfect condition.
To make a Return
- Complete the reverse side of the invoice (which comes with your order) and mark tick the appropriate box for a refund or an exchange.
- Pack the item back in to the packaging, enclose the invoice and send to:

- When returning items, we recommend that you obtain proof of posting, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
For all returns, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
Payment
The total cost of your order is the price of the Products ordered plus delivery charges as set out

All prices on the website are accurate at time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK Sales tax (VAT) at the current rate of 17.5%.
Conformity of Goods
We take every care to ensure that the descriptions of the products are correct. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with us, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
A contract between the customer and Bibi and Jack for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched (at which point the buyers debit / credit card will be charged for the value of goods, plus postage and packing). This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
